Wire Bonder, Clean Room
Position: Utility Operator
  
 ** POSITION FILLED**

Description: This general-purpose operator shall perform numerous
tasks used in the manufacturing of printed circuit board and hybrid
circuit assemblies. These shall include but not be limited to:
1. Stamping of final assemblies using a Markem Manual Stamper
2. Gross and Fine Leak Testing of sealed assemblies
3. One-shot and Seam welding of small electronic units
4. Testing of Electronic parts using automatic test equipment
5. Encapsulation of printed circuit board assemblies prior to sealing
6. Solder sealing of printed circuit assemblies.
7. Minor plant maintenance

Skill Requirements: Familiarity of soldering, stamping, general
manufacturing and ability to read instruction manuals and drawings.

Physical Requirements: Good eyesight and hand coordination.

Experience Requirements: Preference to experienced manufacturing
operators with at least two years of manufacturing work.

Description:
--Quality Control Manager- maintain companies compliance to MIL-I-
45208, MIL-STD-45662A, MIL-PRF-28750, MIL-PRF-83726. Obtain
and maintain DESC qualifications.
--Senior Inspector – Provide incoming material and WIP inspection.

Skill Requirements: Familiarity with military specifications, quality
control and calibration systems for both discrete and hybrid
electronics. Use of microscope, electronic DDM and mechanical
measurement devices.

Physical Requirements: Good eyesight and hand coordination.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience in the
above areas with a ASME, ASEE, BSME or BSEE.

Position: Assembler and Solderer, printed circuit boards
 

Description: Blend, cut and insert discrete electronic components
such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, integrated circuits into
standard printed circuit boards and solder as required. Cutting and
tinning of small wire leads. Soldering of small mechanical parts on to
metal housings.

Skill Requirements: Familiarity of standard military grade soldering
techniques and ability to read instruction manuals and drawings.

Physical Requirements: Good eyesight and hand coordination.

Experience Requirements: Preference to experienced operators
with at least two years of soldering work.

Position: Design/Production Support Engineer, BSEE

POSITION FILLED**

Description: Engineer responsible for designing electronic timers
and solid-state-relays. Support existing products in production.
Calibration of custom in house test equipment. Writing acceptance
test procedures. Designing new products and test equipment.

Skill Requirements: Familiarity with design of non-microprocessor
based electronic timers and solid-state-relays. Writing of
acceptance test procedures. Printed Circuit board design and
hybrid circuit layout. Both analog and digital design. Familiarity with
designing for military products. Familiarity with MIL-STD-202 and
MIL-STD-883 testing. Desirable to have experience with
MIL-PRF-28750 and MIL-PRF-83726.

Physical Requirements: Good eyesight and hand coordination.

Experience Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience in the
